Inquiry into averment provisions in Australian customs legislation.
On Wednesday 2 April 2003 the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs advertised an inquiry into averment provisions in Australian customs legislation.
The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by Friday 9 May 2003. In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the committee would prefer them to be emailed or sent on disk to the secretariat, if possible.
