Mr O’Connor (Minister for Home Affairs) for Dr Kelly (Parliamentary Secretary for Defence Support), pursuant to notice, on 22 October 2009, moved—That in accordance with the provisions of the Public Works Committee Act 1969, the following proposed work be referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works for consideration and report: AIMS Tropical Marine Research Facilities—Cape Ferguson and Townsville works.
