This hearing will be webcast. Due to security arrangements, a condition of being admitted to public hearings at Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices is the provision to the secretariat of details of the names, organisation (if applicable) and addresses of all individuals intending to attend before 12:00pm on Monday 19 November 2012. Any request to attend the hearing after this time cannot be proceeded with. Persons attending the hearing under these arrangments will not be admitted after proceedings have commenced.
