Inquiry into residential strata title insurance

On 24 November 2011 the
Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services and Superannuation, The Hon Bill Shorten MP, asked the Committee,
in addition to insurance issues pertaining to natural disasters, to inquire into and report on residential strata title insurance.
